So Far, So Good.. | June 9, 2009

It’s been a week since I got my holiday after 4 crazy months of lectures. So far, I spend it nicely. Minimal gw ga mati gaya lahh..hehe!

I’ve been reading lots of books, watching TV as well as DVDs, nulis-nulis sekenanya… things I definitely can’t do when I busy with my college tasks.. So, thanks God it’s holidayyy!!!yeeaaayyy!!

Hari selasa kemarin gw ke Dufan dan had a LOT of fun with anak-anak ‘Han Xuexi’, naek Tornado untuk pertama kalinya, ngajak Mbae ke dufan, dan diguncang kora2 setan (seumur idup naek kora2 baru kali ini yg paling parah dan lamaaa!!)..

Well then, last Friday I went to FX with my friend, Ezzat to watch our new favorite local indie band called The Trees and the Wild.. I tell you guys, this band is soooooo cooooooooolllllll!! Band ini personelnya cuma 3 orang dan semuanya memegang alat musik entah itu gitar acoustic atau electric, bass, perkusi, dll sesuai yg dibutuhkan.. They are Remedy Waloni, Iga Massardi, and Andra Kurniawan.Their songs really blow my mind.. mereka mengemas lagu dengan nuansa acoustic yang sangat nyaman di kuping.. and God knows how I love acoustic music!! So, I enjoyed their performance so much and finally, got their ‘Rasuk’ album on the spot! Langsung dari sang vokalis, Remedy Waloni.. hehe! How cool is that?? Gw suka banget lagu Noble Savage, Honeymoon on Ice, sama Fight The Future.. benar2 meneduhkan jiwa dan menjernihkan pikiran.. harusnya gw udah punya album ini sejak gw stress2 sama UAS kemaren yahh?? @_@

Sayang sekali, band ini bakalan vakum sementara selama 6 bulan dikarenakan si vokalisnya harus pergi menuntut ilmu dulu di New York sana.. I guess, last Friday was their last performance until Remedy back.. But, at least, I got their album on my hand so I can play it again and again sampai benar2 merasuk ke dalam diri gw (mungkin karena itu tujuannya jadi albumnya dikasih nama Rasuk..).

Gotta go! Gotta listen to Honeymoon on Ice and Noble Savage again and again and again and again……..
